Joining a small group is the best way to grow in your faith and make Eastview feel like home. We will be forming small groups immediately following the Newcomer Lunch on Sunday, April 27. Celebrate Recovery

We all have hurts and if we don’t walk through them authentically with Jesus, we can get hung-up and pursue destructive habits. Celebrate Recovery is a safe place to work through them. This Jesus-centered 12 step program is open to anyone looking for freedom. Mondays 6:00–8:00pm at the Bloomington Campus, fellowship begins at 5:30pm.

The app will no longer be available starting April 1. If you give or watch services through the app we encourage you to transition to using the website, while we prepare to launch a new and improved website later this year.

Offices closed April 24

Staff offices at both the Normal and Bloomington Campuses will be closed on Thursday, April 24 while the staff is offsite for a spiritual formation retreat.

Child Dedication

Eastview's annual Child Dedication Ceremony is Sunday, May 4, at 12:30pm for families to publicly commit to raising their child in a Christ-centered home. This event is for children of all ages who have not yet been baptized. Dedication will take place in the Worship Center and a reception luncheon in the gym is for all attendees and their guests and will immediately follow the ceremony. This event is free, however, registration is required along with an on-line, on-demand spiritual parenting class. For questions, please contact Val at vburcham@eastview.church.

Student Night at the Community Center

Are you a student in 6th-12th grades? Then come hang out with us at Student Night! We meet every Wednesday evening from 6:00-7:00pm at the Community Center. There will be food, games and open gym. We would love to see you there!

Everyone has a story and your story matters. We want to help you connect your story to God’s purpose for your life. Learn more about what we believe, and experience a behind the scenes tour. Looking to make a Difference? I'm looking for a dedicated group of people willing to engage unconnected people in our church family. First Responder Night

Join us on Thursday, May 15, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in Room 1310 at Eastview Normal Campus for a meaningful and restorative evening focused on the mental health of our first responder community. Whether you serve on the front lines or support someone who does, this night is for you. First responders and their families face unique challenges—high stress, unpredictable schedules, and the emotional impact of daily trauma. These struggles don’t stay at work—they come home too. We’re creating a safe space for first responders and their spouses to relax, connect, and grow together. Please register here.

Financial Peace University

No more money stress...ever! It’s possible when you know how to handle your finances. Join our Spring 2025 Financial Peace University class and learn how to dump debt and build wealth. Tuesday evenings from April 22 through June 17, 6:00-8:00pm in Room 1404 at the Normal Campus, cost $50.00. Register here.

Sermon on the Mount Study

Do you want to go deeper in your faith journey?  Do you want to learn more about Jesus and the Bible?  Join us for a 5-part study from the most famous sermon ever recorded, the Sermon on the Mount.  Classes will begin Sunday, March 30 and go until Sunday, May 4, meet downstairs in the small group room at 9:00am. Meijer Simply Give

Meijer is partnering with the Eastview Food Pantry this spring through the Simply Give program. Pick up a Simply Give card at one of our Welcome Centers or at a Meijer checkout and from March 30 to June 30, you can donate in $10 increments at Meijer checkout. Your donation will go directly to our Food Pantry, and a special Double Match Day will take place in June. More details on the Double Match Day will be shared soon.

Eastview Moms Group

If you're a mama looking for encouragement and community, we invite you to join the Eastview Moms Group at the Normal Campus each Wednesday morning from 9:30-11:00am. We meet in the 2's and 3's room. We provide breakfast, coffee, childcare (babies through school age), authentic and Biblical teaching and plenty of time for discussion, prayer and building relationships. Registration is required. Single Moms - Normal Campus

Single Moms and their children are invited to join us for a time of rest, encouragement, and fellowship. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month at the Normal Campus in the upper atrium from 12:30–2:30pm. This group is free but registration is required.

Kids & Students Summer Camps & Trips

Eastview’s 2025 summer camps and trips registration has launched! Eastview offers five amazing student camps (SIX, MIX, MOVE, Grad Trip, and Camp 45) plus two family camps (Dad Camp and Family Camp) where students can experience God in a life-changing way. Thanks to your generosity to the Christmas Offering and our general fund, registration costs have been greatly reduced and scholarships are available to help every student attend. CIY Mix and Move are full but there are waitlist spots available so don't delay! Click here for more information and to register.

Junior High Dads and Daughters Event

We are excited to host a connection event for our Junior High Dads and Daughter's on Friday, May 9 from 5:30-7:00pm. This year’s theme has an 80’s Neon Night Theme! Come ready to laugh and play in our neon areas, and maybe jump into a Zumba activity. Don’t worry, we will have activities for chilling out too, just plan on a great night all around! Register here.

Young Adult Gathering

Our Young Adult Gatherings are a great space to connect with our young adult community while engaging in worship and teaching related to this stage of life and cultural moment. Our Gatherings happen the first Thursday (7:00–8:30pm) and the third Sunday (5:00–6:30pm) of the month at our Bloomington Campus. Come join us and invite a friend! Care Groups

Did you know Eastview offers Care Groups? Care Groups are supportive small groups that are designed to provide emotional and spiritual growth to individuals walking through a variety of life circumstances. Everyone has hurts or hang ups. It is in these broken times in our lives that we have the opportunity to turn to God and others for support and healing. Care Groups are communities where healing begins. To learn more, click here.

Special Needs Care Group

Special Needs Parent Care Group meets the second Thursday of each month from 6:00-8:00pm from September-May at the Normal Campus. Join us as we support each other through the joys and challenges of special needs parenting. Volunteer Needs at Bloomington Campus

Technical Arts Volunteers 

Interested in how the lights, sound and graphics come together every Sunday morning? Volunteers are needed to run audio, lighting, and graphics during our services. Bus Ministry

Celebrate Recovery Volunteers Needed

Does your small group need a new place to serve? Celebrate Recovery meets Monday evenings at the Bloomington Campus. We invite you to weekly prayer on Wednesday morning as we worship God and seek His favor for mighty acts of grace, healing and mercy in our church, community, and world. Meet with us at 6:45am each Wednesday for an hour in the Sanctuary. If you cannot attend the whole time, come for the time that fits your schedule. Enter through the parking lot entrance.
