AVL Technician - Full-time, Sunday-Thursday

• Campus: Normal
• Ministry Responsibilities: Provide excellent technical execution of live and broadcast services and events while creating an atmosphere of worship using advanced AVL systems.
• Ideal Knowledge Areas: Proficient experience in broadcast video, show, and live streaming production, proficiency in basic editing and rendering. Understanding of camera components and operations. Proficient knowledge of production (i.e. Waves), system design, and project management software.

Position Description

Director of Technical Arts - Full-time, Sunday-Thursday

• Campus: Normal
• Ministry Responsibilities: Provide leadership and oversight to the Technical Arts staff, ministry partners, and volunteers. This position includes leadership and oversight for both broadcast and live production of weekend services, campus AVL development, and production support for certain ongoing ministry events.
• Ideal Knowledge Areas: Significant experience with live production, audio, lighting, video, and overall production. Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products.

Position Description

High School Administrative Assistant - Part Time; 25 hours per week - Including special events as needed; Monday-Thursday hours with occasional Sunday responsibilities.

• Ministry Responsibilities: Assist with the administration, planning, and execution of the high school ministry.
• Ideal Knowledge Areas: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products. Ability to learn relationship management systems, and accounting software. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent planning and organizing skills.

• Ministry Responsibilities: Serve as the spiritual leader and resource person for building, leading, and developing a 2nd & 3rd grade ministry that aligns with the vision and values of Eastview Christian Church.   
• Ideal Knowledge Areas: Proficient in Microsoft Office, demonstrated ability with strategic planning and budgets, strategic agility, strong team leader, and exceptional teaching skills.

• Campus: Normal
• Ministry Responsibilities: Oversees the ministry operations of the department, promotes the spiritual and professional development of the team, and oversees the planning of the Normal Campus Sunday services and special events.
• Ideal Knowledge Areas: 5+ years of vocational worship ministry especially in leading volunteers and collaborating successfully with other church staff. Strong pastoral and leadership experience, as well as a solid Christian theological understanding. Strong technological knowledge of music software such as Ableton, Logic, and Finale.
