Neighborhood Cookouts

It's officially summer at the Bloomington Campus! Our Neighborhood Cookouts are back! Beginning June 4, come join us in the parking lot each Wednesday from 5:00-7:00pm for free food, activities, and fun for the entire family. There will also be several ways that you can help serve during these nights. Please reach out to Nicole Kaufmann or Amy Nika for more info and to get involved. We can't wait to see you there! 

In the Wind Podcast

“In the Wind” is a companion podcast to Eastview’s “Watch the Wind” series, diving deeper into the person and power of the Holy Spirit. Each episode unpacks questions raised in Sunday’s message and features real-life stories from guests who have experienced the Spirit’s leading, prompting, and presence—living life truly in the wind. Celebrate Recovery

We all have hurts and if we don’t walk through them authentically with Jesus, we can get hung-up and pursue destructive habits. Celebrate Recovery is a safe place to work through them. This Jesus-centered 12 step program is open to anyone looking for freedom. Mondays 6:00–8:00pm at the Bloomington Campus, fellowship begins at 5:30pm.

Young Adults Summer Nights

Young Adults!! Join us this summer for a weekly community space on Thursdays at 6:00pm from May 15 - August 7. We will gather on the Eastview Patio at the Normal Campus for worship, small group discussions, cookouts, games, and more! Wednesday Morning Prayer Meeting - We invite you to weekly prayer on Wednesday morning as we worship God and seek His favor for mighty acts of grace, healing and mercy in our church, community, and world. Meet with us at 6:45am each Wednesday for an hour in the Sanctuary. If you cannot attend the whole time, come for the time that fits your schedule. Enter through the parking lot entrance.

Volunteer Needs at Bloomington Campus

Technical Arts Volunteers - Interested in how the lights, sound and graphics come together every Sunday morning? Volunteers are needed to run audio, lighting, and graphics during our services. Bus Ministry - Our bus ministry picks up from our new Community Center at 602 S. Main Street each Sunday. Drivers are needed. Contact Nicole at nkaufmann@eastview.church. Current driver’s license and background check is required.


Hospitality Team Volunteers - Do you have a heart for welcoming others and helping people feel at home? We're looking for friendly, caring individuals to join our Hospitality Team! As part of the team, you’ll play a vital role in greeting new guests with warmth and kindness and helping newcomers get connected and feel at ease. Celebrate Recovery Volunteers - Does your small group need a new place to serve? Celebrate Recovery meets Monday evenings at the Bloomington Campus. We are looking for volunteers to greet, prepare and serve meals, assist with childcare, or work the lights and sound board. Come and show some ridiculous love to our CR Community! Prayer Team Volunteers - Do you have a heart to lift others up in prayer? Are you comfortable praying out loud with people? Volunteers are needed to serve at the 9:00am and 11:00am Bloomington campus services.

Spiritual Gifts Assessment

In Week 5 of our Watch the Wind series, Brandon will unpack the spiritual gifts the Holy Spirit gives to each of us. We’d love to see how those gifts are represented across the Eastview family. Take a quick inventory, then on June 29, Brandon will share a breakdown of the gifts present in our church.

Rooted Pilot

Looking for 75 individuals willing to participate in an 11-week pilot small group experience called Rooted (beginning Tuesday, August 12-October 21). This group of participants will be asked to help launch the study in January 2026. All group meetings will be held on Tuesday nights at Eastview’s Normal campus from 6:00-8:00pm. The cost of the materials is $20. If you’re interested in joining this experience please register.

Newcomer's Lunch

New attenders! You are invited to our Newcomer's Lunch with Lead Pastor, Brandon Grant, and his wife, Jamie. Kids are welcome too! The next lunch is Sunday, August 17 from 12:15-1:30pm in room 1310. You will learn more about the heart and hope for Eastview, and have time to ask questions as you consider calling Eastview home. Click HERE to register.  We look forward to seeing you there!

Meijer Simply Give

Meijer has chosen to partner with the Eastview Food Pantry to help stock our pantry.  From now through September 29, you can donate directly to our Food Pantry through the Meijer Simply Give program. You can pick up a Simply Give card at the Info Center or at the Meijer Check out.  Tell the cashier how much you want to donate in increments of $10, and those dollars will be donated directly to us.  There will be  TWO specific Double Match days in August and September, but you can give a donation anytime between now and September 29.  Details about the Double Match Days will be coming in August and September.

The Sanctuary in Trauma for Women

Need hope? The Sanctuary in Trauma is a 12-week care group for women who have experienced trauma and loss. Together we will utilize biblical truths and practical tools to help women process their pain to find renewed hope. We will meet June 2–August 18 at the Normal Campus on Monday evenings from 6:00-8:00pm in room 1201. Click HERE to register.
