Mission is not just an extra-curricular activity of the church; it is its very purpose. We are called not only to be good citizens of God's kingdom, but also ambassadors who invite and teach unbelievers about the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Recognizing that God calls all His people to greater mission, we equip every member of Eastview Christian Church to respond to that call—with opportunities to Pray, Send, or Go—both in Bloomington-Normal and beyond.

Our call is to be a Great Commission (Matthew 28) and Great Commandment (Matthew 22) people. We join the global Church in reaching all nations with the Gospel because of our love for God and love for all peoples of the world.

Global Teams

Eastview Global exists to extend God's boundless love to a hurting and broken world. We partner with indigenous leaders and support their life-changing ministries in Kenya, Haiti, El Salvador, and India. We send teams on short-term trips, launch individuals to live and serve in unreached areas, and challenge our community to live missionally in McLean County. All of this is done in response to Jesus' call: 'Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation' (Mark 16:15).
