Summer 2027 — Join the Central Europe Kids Program Team as we help lead engaging activities and programs for Third Culture Kids (TCKs), children from internationally based families who are growing up outside their parents' country of origin and gathering for a special conference. Team members will help provide a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where children can build friendships, enjoy meaningful experiences, and feel supported while their families participate in conference activities.

Accommodation preferences and roommate requests will be considered, but married couples may be housed separately.
- Health: Applicants should be in good overall health and able to participate in a full daily schedule, including extended periods of walking and long travel days with international flights.
What Happens After You Apply
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot on the team.
- All applications are reviewed. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance or waitlist status within two weeks of the application deadline.
- Accepted participants will be asked to submit a 10% deposit to confirm their spot on the team.
Cost & Commitment
- Trip costs may be covered through personal funds, donations, or a combination of both.
- The final team fee will be confirmed once lodging and other trip expenses have been finalized.
- Once airfare has been purchased on your behalf, you are responsible for those costs, even if you are later unable to participate in the trip.
- Each team participates in four pre-trip meetings designed to build community, prepare for the experience, and equip team members for service. Additional activities may be offered at the discretion of the team leaders.
