Students! Take a bold step of faith and join our El Salvador team to partner with ENLACE in transforming communities. Serve alongside local churches on meaningful projects, deepen your faith, and grow personally. This student team will travel at the same time as our adult El Salvador Global Team with shared overall leadership, while each group will have its own team experience.
We’re seeking students with a heart for missions, ready to make an impact in El Salvador and bring that experience back to our community. This is more than a trip. It is an adventure with Jesus that will challenge you and leave a lasting impact.

- Health: Participants should be in good health and able to manage a physically demanding schedule, including walking and hiking over rough, uneven terrain to reach remote communities served by ENLACE.
What Happens After You Apply
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot on the team.
- Applications will be reviewed by Eastview's High School Ministry staff. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance or waitlist status before Christmas.
- Accepted participants will be asked to submit a 10% deposit to confirm their spot on the team.
Cost and Commitment
- The rest of your trip fee can be raised through personal funds, donations, or both.
- Once airfare has been purchased on your behalf, you are responsible for those costs, even if you are later unable to participate in the trip.
- Each team participates in four pre-trip meetings designed to build community, prepare for the experience, and equip team members for service. Additional activities may be offered at the discretion of the team leaders.
About Our Partner
- ENLACE equips local churches to lead sustainable community transformation. Since 2018, Eastview has partnered with ENLACE to support pastors and community leaders as they identify needs, build strategic partnerships, and launch initiatives that bring practical hope to their communities.
