This team will provide basic medical care and health education at REM schools, in the slums of Nairobi, and in remote areas of the country. Participants will work alongside local partners to offer essential medical support, encourage community wellness, and reflect the love of Jesus through every interaction. Whether you're providing care, taking vitals, organizing supplies, or simply offering a listening ear and prayer, every role matters—and each one brings hope and healing to communities in Kenya.

About Our Partner: GOYA Ministries is a Christ-centered nonprofit working in the slums of Nairobi, Magadi, and the Ngong Valley. Through partnerships with local leaders and organizations, GOYA provides spiritual encouragement, education, and care for vulnerable children. Their holistic approach includes nutrition, hygiene, medical support, and infrastructure development, all aimed at fostering hope and long-term sustainability in underserved communities.
Health: Applicants must be in good health to manage the rigorous daily schedule and long flights.
Fundraisers: Kenya team members may be asked to participate in fundraisers to help cover team project costs. Fundraisers are a great way to involve others in your mission and great for team-building!
Team Meetings: Eastview Global emphasizes team training and relationship-building before trips. Each team will have four meetings, with optional activities at the leader’s discretion.
Passports: Ensure your passport has at least six months of validity beyond your return date.
