This women’s team to El Salvador offers a unique blend of hands-on service and cultural engagement. You’ll participate in meaningful projects that support local women while also learning how poverty impacts their lives and how ENLACE, alongside local churches, responds with compassion and innovation. By engaging in daily life and listening to their stories — whether cooking together, walking to gather water, or working on community initiatives — you’ll witness their resilience and return inspired to promote change and share new perspectives within your own community.

About Our Partner: This team will partner with ENLACE’s Shine Collective, a network of women supporting vulnerable women in El Salvador and Guatemala through projects that improve health, safety, and well-being. Their holistic approach empowers local churches to lead sustainable development efforts in their communities, with a special focus on women’s dignity and opportunity.
Health: Applicants must be in good health to manage the demanding daily schedule and be comfortable hiking over rough, uneven terrain to reach the remote communities served by ENLACE.
Fundraisers: El Salvador team members may be asked to participate in fundraisers to help cover team project costs.
Team Meetings: Eastview Global emphasizes team training and relationship-building before trips. Each team will have four meetings, with optional activities at the leader’s discretion.
Passports: Please apply for or renew your passport immediately upon acceptance to the team.
