Join our Global Team to Austria and serve at Haus Edelweiss in Vienna with TCMI. Haus Edelweiss provides training and graduate-level classes to pastors and church leaders from dozens of nations across Europe, Central Asia, and beyond. You'll support this ministry by serving in the kitchen, guest services, or maintenance and while connecting with these leaders by hosting a table during meals. In addition to practical service, you'll have opportunities to encourage and pray for students, professors, and staff — making this a meaningful time of rest and retreat for them amidst their studies.

About our Partner: Training Christians for Ministry International (TCMI) equips pastors and church leaders across Europe and beyond through graduate-level theological education and practical ministry training. Their mission is to develop Christian leaders who serve effectively in their local contexts and advance the gospel in challenging environments.
Health: Team members must be in excellent health and able to manage long, active days involving walking, standing, stairs, and occasional lifting.
Team Size: TCMI limits the Austria team to six members. Please indicate a second team choice on your application if you’re open to placement elsewhere. Others will be placed on a waiting list.
Team Collaboration: Our team will join with small teams from other churches to form a unified support team that cares for both students and professors throughout their stay.
Team Meetings: Eastview Global emphasizes team training and relationship-building before trips. Each team will have four meetings, with optional activities at the leader’s discretion.
Passports: Ensure your passport has at least six months of validity beyond your return date.
